Offering Telehealth Anywhere in Australia

About
Danielle Moore
Registered Psychologist
She/Her
Originally from the United States, I have been a registered psychologist in Australia since 2013 and currently operate telehealth practice based in South Australia. My career has spanned private practice, community mental health, and educational settings, giving me a broad foundation in both clinical and assessment work.
My professional focus lies in neurodiversity-affirming assessment and therapy. I enjoy conducting autism and ADHD assessment for children, adolescents, and adults, and have been an Autism SA Registered Diagnostician since 2017. My work integrates a research-informed, therapeutic-assessment approach to explore learning, attention, and neurodevelopmental profiles in a way that feels collaborative, transparent, and psychologically safe.
In addition to my assessment work, I provide trauma-informed therapy. I draw on Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and neurodiversity-affirming frameworks, tailoring my approach to each person’s goals and strengths. I have a particular passion for supporting Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD, LGBTQ+ and trauma-impacted clients in ways that honour identity, agency, and lived experience.
Since 2019, I have also been a Psychology Board-Approved Supervisor, supporting psychologists to develop competence, confidence, and neurodiversity-affirming practice.
I strive to create a practice that is ethical, affirming, and grounded in cultural humility.
